      Rock My Run website does some pretty good mixes, but you have to sign up and you gain a credit monthly for a mix that you can download for free!

    GREAT workout! 10-15 walk to warm up, 45 min weights (pushing myself a little more...like last time), and 10-15 min walk to cool down. FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! Beast mode engaged. :)

      Is there someone there (at the gym, like an instructor,etc?) who could advise you? Or maybe it'd be worth getting a personal trainer's advice (even if just for one session!) good workout none the less!
