    Again... a tough one. Only did this in GKVK and there are a lot of gradients to tackle, so I presume that this will come in handy.

    Somewhat extended cool-down session as I was just enjoying the lakeside and looking at the birds. 1.6 k warm up and 3 k cool down!

      Bharat - we all know how tough these 30k runs can be. Congrats on getting one more out of the way and in super time. The last kms are ALWAYS tough :) - so you will need to train your mind to push even when you feel you cannot do anything more..i do back to back long runs just to develop the mental toughness.

    Includes a 2 km warm up. Intervals flagged off but I was happy that I was feeling quite drained at the end of it. Miles came up in 6:57; 7:06 and 7:14.
