    felt pretty good overall. The legs were lacking some energy, but cardio was great. Perfect running weather out there on the lakeshore path. Finished up with a good core workout.

    Felt really good for the first 8 miles then hit a wall. Hot, humid, and rainy. Legs felt good but I think the heat got to me.
