      I usually track my runs on http://www.running2win.com, it's called routes and r-maps but I think you have to go through the free sign up to get to the members area to use it. If you get a chance let me know how it compares to Endomondo?

      Thanks! Yeah, I normally don't run in the hot part of the day barefoot on pavement, but I missed my morning run yesterday and I don't like using my VFFs or my Huaraches anymore. I need to find a minimalist shoe/sandal that I like for the hot weather.

      Well, the way it USUALLY works for me is headwind in both directions. The Kansas wind likes to shift directions and play tricks on you! :-)

      We have about the same commute distance. Ok, now how do you ride barefoot without being clipped into your pedals...isn't that a lot less efficient?

      Thats the first I've ever heard of anyone biking barefoot. I've always read that its more efficient to be clipped in so that you can push and pull although I don't do a good job at pulling so much. I'll have to check out that website.
