      Thanks! It was a kind of letting-the-frustration-go training session. There are things I can't control those days and I need to cope with it in a better way. I think running will help. At least it should bring better sleep. 8;-)

    Hot temp and when I had head wind to cool me down a bit my legs felt stiff. So even if I intended to do a longer one I wisely opted to make it shorter.
