Great run up to mile 10. Major calf issues @ mile 10, had to spend 10 minutes stretching, 10 walking it off and another 10 awkwardly running to the finish. Taking Magnesium, Dioralyte for the next few days in the run-up to chicago (excuse the pun) and visiting the Physio tomorrow for a session to work out where the problem is.
