Wrecked, completely wrecked! Spent alot of the past 5 days infront of the computer getting important work done so was utterly frustrated not getting out for a run. Decided to head out on a moderate tempo run and struggled thru about 4 miles (prob comes from not eating right, sleeping right or stretching properly of recent days) and finally find a comfortable speed. The remainder of the run was fine besides the fact the weather was muggy and I wore too much clothing. Other than feeling utterly crap what really kills me is this is my PB for this route and had I not taken a unusually high number of breathers for me on the run I could have knocked 10 minutes off it! Ok, I guess I've set myself a challenge ;)


you ran 8 miles after not running for 5 days; any way you slice and dice it, you came out ahead for getting the miles in. good job.

Jeez you're fast! And that time was a 'bad' run! Well it's all relative I guess, that's what I like about running. Hope you get a good one in this weekend :-)
