Phew, good run in murky weather. Luckily managed to avoid the rain. Made it out and back with a minimum number of stops, literally 3 short recovery stops and I was back on track. The goal for the moment is getting my stamina back then we'll aim for speed.

Bloody hell Brian - that pace is electric man, especially with 3 stops - good work :-)

Thanks Barry. The recovery stops is something I'm really working hard to sort out at the moment. I was reading an article about a guy who ran his second marathon and he stopped for 60 seconds after every mile and he did a 3.30! I'm lucky enough I dont have to stop after every mile but i've noticed recovery breaks significantly increase my training time/p[ace so I'm trying to do the bare minimum. Its a + that the route Im running is relatively flat bar a 2km slight incline. Thanks thou =)
