Its been a while, infact I haven't run much since Chicago back in October. Just a short morning run turned into a quite the adventure checking out a new route in Galway. The weather was sunny but nippy cold so I had to rug up with a few layers, gloves and some GU. How does it feel to be back, Great. I have a mountain to climb but with some dedication Im sure I'll be back on track soon. PS. Galway Bay Light isint a Lighthouse, who would have thought?

Look who's back!!! 17.5k is a whopper as a first run.

Running round Galway must be fantastic. My sister lives out in Corrandulla and is always raving about some of the cool runs in the area. You'll be doing the Connemarathon this year I take it?
