      Nike+ has been buggy for me lately -- I can only log on sporadically. Nice run, and nice pace.

      @Sharon, don't be a stranger and say hi when your here. Salthill prom is a beautiful place to run in the morning (too many people most summer evenings). Your gonna love Galway, its the best!
