      A nerve issue like sciatica where you get pain up and down the back of your thighs? It's probably just some inflamation around the nerve roots. I've had that and it was caused by doing some weight lifting I wasn't used to (I see you've been hitting the gym a lot this weeek). If I'm right, it'll go away after a while. Just take it easy on the weights.

      Thanks Jim! I hope so! It's low left back, butt and hip. Sometimes sharp and other times throbbing. I've been stretching and icing. Hope it's gone soon. It's been 3 weeks.

    Rocked it old school today and wore a cotton tee to the gym. I don't think I can go back to tech fabric when lifting. Something about going back to my gym rat roots felt really good.
