      So what do you need to hear? You get old by staying alive. Danger is real, fear is a choice. Molon Labe. Death before dishonor. It's better to go get help to get over what barrier you have than to stay stuck. Keep moving forward.

      Thank you guys!! Keep those remedies coming! A) with my 18 food allergies, i have to modify/pick/choose b) i'm not near my Mt washington or Evanston Whole foods so i also modify re what can i get here (which, truth be told, is a LOT! ) so keep them cards and letters a'comin' y'hear?

      Thanks-he gave meds for concussion symptoms (finally! Something!) and the gi stuff. Then check in next week re improvement, hopefully and how lung stuff is. My friend was to go back to US Sat nite but now may stay longer re all this. Mixed blessing for me but very hard on him-has big impt deadline back in midwest thats crucial workwise. Just praying all ok on all fronts! How r u??

    Old train tracks (now defunct) (Grand Defunct Railroad? ;-) )turned into a biking path on one side and a walk/run on the other. Quiet, beautifully landscaped, well lit oasis in the city.
