      the double black diamond needs to be done on a fully. the track is about 10 k, i biked back home afterwards. all waiting for you this goodness!

      yep - left the swiss alps behind and now in the tropical heat. quite hard to do a good work out, but definitely sweating the bad stuff out. next stop for living will def be australia
