100 x 100m in the pool. First 60 leaving on 1:45. Remaining 40 leaving on 2:00.

Out and back 10 km 00:47 07:33 pace
Easy out jogging @ 70% ish for 25 mins. Then stretch and run home trying to get back same route 3 mins quicker.
I made it in 3:05 quicker! Woop. -

Main set of
24 Skips, 12 Squats, 6 Push ups on rings. As many sets as possible in 12 mins. Lost count but think I did 8! -

Easy swim on some of the course by the jetty in Busso. Lovely temp, and clear water, though bloody choppy!

First bit at 5:15 this week, pretty comfortable. Last 4.7k I paced the 4:00/km group back, very comfortable, very good, felt great.

Longtoot 97.6 km 02:59 20.4mph pace
Easy ride at Longtoot in group, with 3 x 3 mins TT towards the end, in a nice tail wind so riding 45kph @ 300watts. That's the biking in the UAE done !

Ghantoot. Had 60k scheduled, buy coach was there and after 40 was done, he said that that'll do for the night! Got to love taper!

10 x Hilton Buoys in wetsuit. Felt much better/stronger/faster than Saturday and really enjoyed it, was a beautiful morning. Love it.

Easy run with Ed, out to Al Thanya and the dog leg fly over on the way back, very easy, very comfortable, I guess this is taper!
