Met up with the TNT crew at the base of the 59th St Bridge at 8am. Ran over the bridge into Queens, then back over for a modified version of the last 10 miles of the NYC Marathon.

Came back off the bridge and headed up 1st Ave to 126th St, across to 5th Ave, then down to 90th St, into the park and did the course finish.

Started at a 9-9:15 pace and finished at an 8:30-8:45 pace.
