Started with abs so I wouldn't be tempted to skip them. Did the 10 min option on my Daily Abs app for the fort time (normally do 7.5)
Then 3x super sets:
Inc dumbbell / dumbbell curl
Overhead dumbbell / box squats
front raise/side raise/side bend
Seated row / tricep kickback
