Sore from the last few days' workouts and PT. Schedule called for 10 min warmup, 40 minutes marathon pace, 10 minutes cool down. Don't often wear a Garmin but did for this to be accurate. And of course, it sucks in NYC and who knows. But based on gmap-pedometer, it appears that after my ten minute warmup, I did 40 minutes at an average of 8:40 pace, then a ten minute cool down. I was going for 8:45s, so not too bad based on average, but I know my speed varied a lot as I was trying to be on the mark with the watch which was so off.
