Came home from my swim, ate some tacos and then hopped on my bike. Felt like a champ on the way up to the little red light house - turns out my awesome speed with low effort was a result of tailwinds that destroyed me on my way back! 21/22 riding out with wind at my back and maybe hitting 12mph on the way back with the wind blowing at me.


I have no idea how you rode after tacos, but good for you!

Don't you hate when you think you're doing really good & find out it's because of a tail wind? Lol. That happens to me ALL the time. great job Ben!
