Originally planned on going easy / moderate, but my physical therapist (hip/knee) gave me the okay to push a bit so long as it wasn't causing pain. So i pushed.
Ran the first 3.1 miles in 23 minutes, then ran back in 25. Was BEAT after the first half, but the second half felt super comfortable.
