good TNT GTS - hills 6.47 mi 01:00 09:15 pace
Warm up on the bridal path, then stuck to the dirt for easy hill repeats. Cool down back to Columbus Circle. Needed an easy workout and glad I followed the plan.

Where do you do hill repeats on the bridle path?

@lora - between 81st and 85th on the west side, just south of the reservoir entrance. The top of the hill is below the reservoir and the bottom is at the tunnel where the loop crosses overhead. Not a big hill, but a good grade for lots and lots of continuous repeats sans pounding on pavement.
