CCSC pool 4pm
Got into the pool 1 hour earlier than coach's varsity. So just me and him for this whole session. Coach was all business this afternoon. Forgot to bring my wrist watch . . . good thing coach was so diligent in keeping tabs of my time.
1. 200m warm up, FS easy
2. 50m x 10reps x 2 sets at MAX effort FS w/ paddles and fins.
-30 sec rest after each rep, 5mins rest after each set,
1st set: 37sec, 39, 41, 40, 41, 41, 42, 40, 42, 42
2nd set: 40, 41, 40, 40, 42, 41, 40, 40, 39, 40
HANGAK with a few side stitch! ! ! gawas sip-on after each rep, hahahaha!
(Pls pardon all the numbers I've written. I meant this for future reference to see If how much I have progressed thru the months)
3. 30 minutes FS w/ pullbouy @ easy-mod effort (counted 22 laps)
4. 400m cool down, FS easy
Always a love-hate situation when its just me and coach in a session . . . .
Love because I got all his attention, Hate it because these are the sessions that my limits are stretched!
