good K-SRP - BRICK Tuesday 6.12 km 00:42 10:55 pace

k - SRP, 7:10am, Brick run in K - SRP

Warm up: 1.5k jog-walk house to SRP gate

1 loop inside K - SRP: 6.12km in 00:41:32 minutes.

cool down: 1.5km jog-walk SRP gate to house.

Still a few runners and bikers when I got back. Mr. SUN was starting to shine own on me.

Im always amazed every time I do a brick run . . . . . . wherein my average pace is usually a little faster than usual, and at a lower average heart rate at 88%-90%, compared to my usual run not preceded by biking when I usually have a higher ave heart rate at 90%-94%. . . . . hhhmmmmm . . . interesting.

GOOD MORNING DM!

Nice one doc! IMHO, you're usually faster on short runs after a ride because your legs are coming from the repetitive circular motion of cycling. It carries over to your run and makes you have shorter and faster strides :)
