good Sat. Dance. 10.5 mi

Jogged to red hook track for 1x2mile (5:45, 5:31) followed by 2x1mile, (5:35, 5:21) followed by 2x200, (35,34). Legs felt pretty good considering the squash. I’m pleased with the effort and am feeling good going back into racing mode with Brooklyn half next Sat. One more light workout on Wed. and go time. Full rest, 2.5 min or so between sets. Grrrrr

    I didn't put up a very good fight, legs were trashed with focus on half... I struggled continuously trying to move to the front of the court.. Gah..
