Good workout this AM.
Splits = 5:18, 5:16, 5:16, 5:16, 5:04
My biggest complaint, if I can have one, is that miles 2-4 were a bit too controlled. I'm more fit than I thought and so the effort was probably too controlled. In other words, I left too much in the tank. However, I felt amazing out there, very very relaxed.
Love that feeling, great stuff.


Great day for fast splits, well done. I like the fact that they were controlled. Save that extra zip for race day.
