Brooklyn Half, right in the money. Goal was to run controlled hard with little straining, mission accomplished. Began to push it towards the end but had much still in the tank.
Once the Prospect Park hills were behind me, I locked in to 5:45's on ocean parkway and just cruised the whole way in.
Very excited to have executed game plan and looking forward to beginning to push the pace late June and July.
