    Jogged to track with Ricky. Did 1 mile and 2x200. Tune up for Ricky’s race this weekend. 200s were 31s and mile was 5:14. Warmer, always nice.

    Just cruising.. Cold and windy at times. Tired of complaining about winter. Did uptempo for about 5 miles - 6:35 pace from miles 10-15. Could have run all day.
