When I created this route a while back I wasn't sure if I was ever going to run it. It was too long. I must have been in the right mood tonight and I knew this was on my todo list. I'll regret it tomorrow. What I won't regret, however, is running around Audubon Lake. It made me remember taking Sasha there and trying to see the fish. One time she tried to kiss a goose. Running around that lake is what made me pick up running again in the first place and it's the thing I miss the most since I moved to Collingswood.

After I got home, I reeked of ammonia. I googled that and it looks like that's a sign that I burned muscle for energy instead of fat or carbs. Fantastic.
