    bike/run with Kayla on the country gravel and hills, glad one of us brought water.

    Run/Bike with Girlfran, couldn't keep up she attacked me when my legs were vulnerable and weak.

    A post card run, with a great sunset. Quads a little sore and my right ankle felt a little stiff, but overall not too bad. The Cookie Dough blizzard a half hour before didn't help
