great St. Pat's Day Ride 19.25 mi 01:15 15.4mph pace

alright WAR (Got Dropped) 30.49 mi 02:00 15.2mph pace

Kept pace til hit back of Trky MTN. Hadn't rode in a while. Tried to keep with pack but kept losing. Got separated by Jenks, so improved the rest of the ride. Enjoyed it though.

  6. RUN
    alright Tulsa Run 2011 3.17 mi 00:37 11:49 pace

Cramped about 6 minutes in and had to run through the rest of it. Just plain hurt, but I finished it.

good 96th to Memorial to DT and Back 34.8 mi 01:50 19.0mph pace

One last ride this weekend and fought through the wind and won. Felt good.

96th to Memorial to DT and Back 34.8 mi 01:45 19.9mph pace

Felt a little more loose than yesterday, but still sucking wind at the end. Embarrassing. Need to ride on Sunday as supposed to be last of the warm weather for a while.

Thanks! Decided just a bit ago that I am about to hit the trails for one last hot ride this afternoon. A must before the colder forecast takes hold next week.

good 96th to Memorial to DT and Back 34.8 mi 01:45 19.9mph pace

Man, two weeks off and I am slacking. I hate it when I don't get to ride. This winter will suck unless I get on the trainer.

  10. VELO
good Turkey Burger Run 32.42 mi 01:45 18.5mph pace

Love climbing the back side of Turkey Mtn. Makes me feel almost manly and stuff.

blah MS Mother Road Ride (D1) 65 mi 03:45 17.3mph pace

Was a frustrating ride as had 5 flats and lost two tires. On the last one, I called it and SAG'd in to Chandler. Weather was great from the start of the ride on, but the road debris was alas a... read more

good TCC to Turkey Mountain and Back 23.8 mi 01:35 15.0mph pace

Nice slower team ride as we got caught riding in the dark. Nice temps, tiring trying to be careful in dark (we did have lights).

  14. VELO
good 96th to Memorial to DT and Back 34.8 mi 01:35 22.0mph pace

Quick ride before Emma's soccer practice.

good Country Corner Breakfast Ride 55.54 mi 02:50 19.6mph pace

Good ride. Fun ride with the team, but last leg of ride back was painfully aware of the saddle rub. Felt good to push it a bit!

  16. VELO
good TCC to NSU BA 22.02 mi 01:10 18.9mph pace

Took a bit to get my wind on the first 5 miles, but finally caught up with the team. Man they've gotten fast this year!

good 96th to Memorial to DT and Back 34.8 mi 01:37 21.5mph pace

Doing this route a lot lately.

good 96th to Memorial to DT and Back 34.8 mi 01:40 20.9mph pace

Took it easy today. Had a lot on my mind and closing a life chapter this afternoon.

  19. VELO
alright 96th to Memorial to DT and Back 34.8 mi 01:30 23.2mph pace

PUSHED it today. Good and tiring.

  20. VELO
alright 96th to Memorial to DT and Back 34.8 mi 01:34 22.2mph pace

Pushed the pace with a bunch of sprinting. Trying to push my limits a bit. Morning ride temps much easier to do just that.
