    Up and down on this beautiful day. Legs finally no longer sore, but a nerve or tendon or muscle issue I've been having around my hamstring is back. Gonna have to get it checked out.

      I did some research on hills in SF this week. The peaks of Twin Peaks are 908' and 922'. Sutro Tower (called Clarendon Heights or Sutro Crest) is 825', and the top of Mt. Sutro, at the west end of Behr Ave., is 908'
