    Still not super comfy on a MTB but I want to get back to it so I tested a Scott 29er. It rode sooooooo nice. I love rolling over stuff in that. :)

    Testing out a new mountain bike but couldn't get to a trail today so just rode the DC loop to get a feel for full suspension and 29ers. :)

    Trying to get back into running. This was more of a walk. I'm good for a quarter to a half mile and then my lower back tightens up. I definitely prefer being on my bike.

    CF Total. 3 attempts to max back squat, strict press, and dead lift. Add the three and that's your CF Total. January was 295#. Today was 335#. Making progress!

    AMRAP 20 minutes
    5 pull-ups
    10 push-ups
    20 air squats
    Did this in January and got 10 rounds plus 5 pull-ups. Got 15 rounds today. BOOM!
