      Yep, I'm still at crawling pace too - we'll just stick to it and we'll get there - think I've learnt rushing and being impatient is so counter productive. Great job Lorraine - keep up the great work! glad you're enjoying your group runs too!

      Thanks guys, had a bad week there, lots of problems with the house left me in a dark fog but I'm out and looking forward to getting going again. Heading out tonight with some of the girls that I'm doing the Belfast Marathon relay with. Onwards & upwards!

      Yep no easy way around it I'm afraid - gotta control what goes in the mouth unless you can do enough exercise to offset that - but you already know that...eat healthy, lots of water, don't starve yourself and do the exercise and the results should follow. Yeah yeah I know easily said...good luck Lorraine

      Hope you're still exercising and just not getting around to logging it on DM. Don't give up on Couch to 5K!
      I just started using MyFitnessPal to journal my food. So far it's had everything I eat in its database. I'm not crazy about paying that much attention to my food (and it shows - I need to lose about 60 lbs), but I'll give it a try.

      Thanks Dawn. Had a bad week, lots of blah-yuck stuff going on. A dark cloud descended and I just couldn't shake it! Feeling much better, still doing C25K and feeling re-motivated!
