    What a sucky run. Was supposed to be 13 miles. The hills killed me. In hindsight, running hills two weeks in a row was probably not a great idea. I need to rethink my plan for hills.

    Great tempo run! Slightly faster than the targeted pace called for by my training plan, which makes me really happy. Still is weird to me that I did a 7 mile *mid-week* run.
