      Hope you feel better soon. I had my bottom 2 cut out years ago and had to go to work the next day on a food delivery route in the middle of summer. That stunk.

      I think that depends on what your goals are. I really only use the data from my running workouts. The Garmin is great. I love the tool and HR monitor data to really review my progress and training. I haven't heard much about Fitbit Flex bracelet but it is a more global assessment of activity if that is what you are looking for.

      You might want to check out the tips from DC Rainmaker, Good stuff ... I may purchase a Garmin Edge 500 based on his recommendations -- hopefully like new but used from Ebay/Craigslist.

      Y'all are rockstars! Thank you so much for your advice! I searched EVERYWHERE around town yesterday looking for a Garmin 610, but I couldn't find one! I'll just have to order it off of Amazon!
