    Hot day for a run. Realized I got some color after the run. Very crowded down by the lake. Great start to the summer. Hopefully more days like this to come.

    Cut 4 minutes off the back half of the run compared to the first half. Great weather to start, but towards the end when I was closer to the lake it really cold down.

    Not bad for the treadmill. Kept a good pace through mile 2. Slowed down a little bit towards the end. I am happy with the pace and think I have a good amount of room to increase my pace.

      Rock on. Better to put in the miles while it's still chilly so you don't have to "get in shape" when its hot out. On another note, do you have any races planned?

      Well monica is helping out at gary gallop at wlc on the 16th, bobbys wedding day. I might run that. You have any suggestions?
