Another attempt at speed work. Boy, these are harder than I thought, but I did better than last week.
10 mins @3.5mph
10 mins @5.5mph
3 sets of 400m @ 7mph with RI of 90 secs
5 minute recovery @ 4.0mph
3 sets of 400m @ 7mph with RI of 90 secs
10 minutes of cool down (from 4.0mph down to 2.5)
[All at 1% incline]

tried speed work yesterday and i just gotta say very interesteing and legs a little sore today...are you feeling sore at all after your speed workout...not even sure how to write it all down?

Yes, I'm definitely feeling sore - In fact, I'll probably feel it more tomorrow. This program that I'm following suggests doing these intense speed drills once a week. The rest of the week is just a combo of easy and long runs.
As far as writing it all down, some people like to record their 400m splits, but I haven't figured that out on my watch yet. LOL! Still learning...
