Well, the St. Anthony's triathlon is about 5 weeks away. My weakest sport is the swim (and the length for this leg of the race will be 1500m or 0.93 miles). I'm going to the pool about 3x a week and besides a triathlon swimming class, I'm basically just trying swim for an hour to build endurance. Any tips on how to train for swimming?

Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast. Swimming is all about efficiency. Do it right, every time, the same way and the speed will come. You'll do great at St. Anthony's. Are you doing any open water swimming? St. Pete Mad Dogs have started their Wed night Pass-a-Grill swim sessions.
