      Because I'm not as young and fit as I once was. I turn 35 next week and haven't been as consistent with my workouts as I once was when training for races. Yup, I said it... Miss BeFitt is now Miss WasFitt. LOL. Anyway, nothing like a challenge to get my booty back in shape (oh, and fitting into my wedding dress is a motivation too)!!

      Oh, cool. I'll have to check on the Android app. I've been using my Garmin watch and DailyMile now syncs that data, so that is sweet!
