First double digit run in a long time. Ran to Pfc Milton Olive park this morning and back. Fairly uneventful. I could have definitely used a water break and some sort of energy gel or gu.
I think I'll have to try this one again next weekend. This is pretty much the pace I want to have for the half I'm running at the end of the month.
