I needed to do 1 mile. I had Gray bike behind me because instead of going anywhere special, I did a route near our apartment. I didn't take water with me because the temperature was cool and he was nearby if I needed help. I survived though and was really pleased by my time, considering I hadn't really run much in at least seven months.
