    Wanted something easy yet hard. Does that make any sense? For each mile I walked at a 4.1-4.2 for .5 mile, ran at a 7 for .25 mile, and then ran at a 9 for .25 mile.

      You are awesome!! I always try to speed up at the end...sometimes I can...sometimes it is soooo hard. Going to try and run 2.5 this week before cool down. 4 miles is awesome Becky :)
