    My first time at this trail! Loved it! Awesome hike. Didn't realize how close it is to where I live! I'm less than 2 miles from the trail!

    Our wod today at CrossFit had first round run 800m (followed by wall balls and pull ups after each run), 400 m, and 200 m. Felt good!

    Test run to see how the Achilles would do with kt tape..no good :( Seeing the orthopedic doctor tomorrow to see what we can do! Still a fun run though, last run before people do the GotG 10 Miler!

    walked the race with my sister, it was her first 5k! It made her really excited that I pushed her to do this, she says she wants to do more races in the future!
