good Another HOT one 4.05 mi 01:00 14:50 pace 87F and after a night of drinking, staying out late and sleeping in till noon I wasn't really feeling too great. And then it happened... the first time ever... I had to take a dump really bad while running. Had to walk so I didn't do it on myself lol. Not a great run but I set out to do 4 and I made sure I did it.

    ah, i haven't been down that road yet, but i am always told by my mom to plan lots of time before a race so you can get it out! lol. Good job starting and finishing 4 miles!

    Lol!It happens to us all - Im still laughing at seeing it in black & white!!You need to live where I do & jump gates to join the cows & sheep fot that!Lovely running though.

    You got some good miles in girl! I have that problem a lot and haven't quite figured out what to do about it. I'm very careful about what I eat prior to a long run (and have found that non staroid anti inflamatory drugs make it much worse).. will definitely be trying the immodium before my next race.
