    I started bootcamp yesterday. I was having a really hard time getting back into running since I broke my foot and kept getting sick so I decided I needed a change and kick in the butt.

      If it's above your shoulders you can try, but if it's in your chest don't do it. If it's the stomach flu...probably wouldn't do that either. Hope you feel better.

      Oh no!! Personally, I'd skip... Taking care of yourself is the #1 thing. There are other races! That said, I second what Tara said. Feel better!

      really depends how sick. if you feel up to it, you could alternate running and walking every mile. listen to your body and you'll make the right decision for yourself

      Ouch. Yeah I am NEVER without rescue meds. Tuck it in your bra, get new shorts, run with a camelbak, whatever. Glad you're ok.
