    great run with Becky and Dawn early. It was really relaxing. Then a windy and colder run with the group. My cheeks hurt from smiling. Or maybe the wind. Ill stick with smiling. :)

    Decent splits for the intervals, but a much slower cool down. I tried to focus on using my core and hips instead of my shoulders. Maybe that's why my shoulder hurt so bad yesterday?
