    Spring is in the air! Beautiful out this morning on my super easy paced five miles. My foot is feeling pretty good, with just a hint of twinge here and there. Can't complain!

      Sort of on the top near the outside? I get an occasional shooting pain through my ankle if I don't step carefully. It seems to be getting better though so maybe I just strained it.
