To Loma Portal + 100 lunges + reverse pull-ups.
I haven't been running much because it seems my To-Do List is never ending and always pressing. But I've decided to run 2 miles every day this week. It's 20 minutes of my day that I know I can find time for and I think it will help me get motivated and feel more confident (rather than dreadful) about weekend long runs.
2 miles a day: I can do it.


Nice plan. It's a tough time of year, I think ;)
