  11. I've got shin splint just below knee and tennis elbow...who do you recommend I see for this?

      First, I recommend rest, massaging the affected areas with ice, and take a standard NSAID (aspirin, ibuprofen, Aleve,...). If that doesn't help, see your primary care physician about treatment and options. Good luck!

      Tennis elbow and the pain below my knee are still there but I've seen my doc and scheduled therapy next wk. Thx for asking. :)

    Walked the dog for 30 after my training...then walked girls to school this morning, which is about .5 mi to and from home....then again this afternoon. :)

    My 3rd mountain in the last 2 yrs. :)
