      Happy Birthday to everyone Allen! Was just reading this on the Runner's World Blog that reminded me of you: Beer: Is There Anything It CAN’T Do? It's the story about an Ultra-runner who just finished a trek of 5 marathons on 5 continents in less than 5 days. He said that beer is the only thing he could keep down during his last run. Maybe I should start drinking beer? :+)
