      Robin, yes good ones. There is a hedge about 1k from our home and Val would always pick up the pace and kick it in. I would struggle to stay with her. I did kickup the pace there today.

      Too bad, bug! It sounds like a cold. I had something recently that made me feel like that every day for a couple of weeks... I never really got outright sick, just crappy for weeks. I sure hope you don't have that. Heal up today!

    Ran with the Run-TO-Beer crew to the Brick Works. Not a bad pace, considering I didn't stop my watch at the stoplights. Cool & windy. The only thing better than beer, is better beer.
