  2. Coming down with something.. Frustrating that one of my highest mileage weeks is followed up with sickness. Trying to rest and feel better quickly. Supposed to have my first 20 miler this weekend!

    The route kicked my butt! Not thrilled with my pace, but it was a hard run. I've been running at 10mm, pretty consistently, during my long runs for months.... Oh well. These slower days happen!
